Financial Controller (01 Position)

The role shall lead a team of finance manager, analysts, accountants, and executives.
Accountable for the accounting operations of the company, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results.
Plan, lead and implement financial governance improvements in the Company.
Advise Key Management and Business Partners in strategic financial affairs, risks advisory and forward looking financial planning and business growth.
Implement Group standardization and policy, as well as consolidation reporting.
Ensure proper internal controls are in placed to safeguard the company interest.
Ensure proper control of Cash Flow Working Capital Management, and facilitate business operation funding and banking instruments and certificates.
Ensure tax compliance and tax planning for the Group companies.
Drive on-going initiatives to maintain cost savings and ensure that the operation is managed on a least cost culture.
Effective management of Legal, Tax Audit and Treasury affairs. Liaise with bankers, lawyers and auditors as and when necessary.
Hire, train and motivate the finance team and ensure right productivity.
Ensuring due compliance processes and corporate policies are maintained.
Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.

MBA and Accounting degree and at least 12 years as Head of Finance in a MNC, with regional exposure and culturally diversified environment.
Demonstrated strong Legal, Tax, Auditing and Treasury skills
Highly confident and competent, great in collaborating ideas, communicating ideas across broad structure and getting the “buy-ins” from key management.
Decisive in getting plans well implemented, a great negotiator and interpersonal skills, strategic planner yet hands-on in getting things done, caring and a good listener enjoys working within a multi-cultural environment.
Good command of spoken/written/presentation in English, and ability to work with multi-levels and culturally-diversified team dynamics.
Be able to be stationed in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
