Brand & Editorial Lead (01 Position)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Guard the integrity of CMED’s brand. Ensure that all public-facing materials accurately represent the company’s work, standards, and values.
- Develop and maintain CMED’s narrative. Document and communicate the company’s projects, decisions, and achievements with clarity and accuracy.
- Lead brand materials and publications. Oversee company presentations, project profiles, publications, and website content to ensure editorial and visual quality.
- Maintain design quality across brand outputs. Ensure all brand visuals, layouts, and design outputs meet a refined aesthetic standard aligned with CMED’s identity.
- Lead selected brand initiatives and cooperative events. Plan and manage selected events, partnerships, and brand activities that strengthen CMED’s institutional reputation.
- Support internal brand alignment. Communicate company values and direction internally to strengthen a shared culture across the Group.
Qualification & Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Branding, Graphic Design, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in branding, corporate communications, editorial management, public relations, content development, or related fields.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in a leadership or management role overseeing brand, communications, editorial, or creative functions.
- Proven experience developing and maintaining corporate brand standards and ensuring consistent brand application across multiple platforms.
- Demonstrated experience managing publications, corporate presentations, websites, reports, and other public-facing communications.
- Experience working closely with senior executives and providing strategic communication support to leadership teams.
- Experience in the architecture, construction, engineering, real estate, infrastructure, or professional services sectors is highly desirable.
- Experience leading corporate events, stakeholder engagement activities, partnerships, or reputation-building initiatives is an advantage.
- Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills in English; Khmer language proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong visual judgment with a refined understanding of design, layout, typography, and brand aesthetics.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across business units and leadership levels.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, consistency, and quality.
